Can you then imagine coming upon a person who guides you into a practice of relaxing positions which enable you to simply breathe. As you take those cleansing breaths your mind starts to open up with thoughts of healing and love. The person is Shruti and the practice is Yoga. It has made a big difference to me.
The most incredible yoga instructor! Shruti ensures that the energy in the class is calm & she has a patient demeanour. Her instruction and guidance reflect her extensive yoga knowledge. She continually amazes me with how well she can recall the Sanskrit names of the yoga postures! The session has a calm and relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to put your problems and stresses aside for an hour and concentrate on yourself.
